I just wanted to take a moment to first of all thank you for your kind support of my business this past year.
We (my family and I) could not be more grateful for each and every one of you.
We always do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase
. The one thing we feel sets us apart from other online businesses, is our customer service.
Michelle, our customer service manager, is my sister, and does an incredible job!
Yes, we are a Christian based company, and so we will always do our best to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner.
That being said, because of the abundance of "Online Shopping", (COVID) coupled with the holiday season
has caused an overwhelming back up in our USPS shipping system.
I wanted to explain to each of you our dear customers, that Rene's Creations is not responsible for your package getting lost, or delayed.
Once we ship, we have done our part.
We have no control over what happens after we ship.
All we can do is give you the tracking number so that you can track your package.
Please understand , that we have no more information than you do.
The tracking number is assigned whenever we print a label for your package.
It is directly from the US government post office.
We, (Rene's Creations) also has had difficulties receiving our inventory.
We too, had our own packages lost, and what should have taken 5 days to receive took almost 3 weeks!
We could not get any updated information, however the package just showed up one day, but the tracking was still saying it was on the way to the next facility.
Please understand that our country is in an overwhelming state of distress right now.
We (Rene's Creations) are doing our very best to accommodate each and every one of you..
So, what do you need to do if your package is lost?
First of all contact your post office with your tracking number.
If the tracking information hasn't changed in several days, all you can do is wait.
We have been told that many Post Office facilities are days and even weeks backed up with packages.
Now that we are past the New Year, we believe that all of this is going to get sorted out.
We do apologize for the delay, but please understand that it has nothing to do with Rene's Creations!
This is a US Government problem, that we (Rene's Creations) cannot fix.

We promise we will do our very best to make sure you do not loose your money.
Right now, we ask that you be patient and just wait through this week to see if your package shows up.
We are in the process of filing claims for lost packages, but again, the system is so backed up, it may take a while for any of us to receive a refund or replacement of lost items.
We all have experienced a lot of changes in 2020.
I personally know of many families that have lost loved ones, lost jobs and many other hardships.
It definitely has been a very challenging year.
So many are struggling with stress, anxiety and depression.
I would ask that you all join me in prayer, and ask God to help each of us get through all the changes in our world.
Let's join together in prayer and trust God that He will be our strength, our Guide, and our Solid and Firm Foundation to take us through this new journey in our lives.
We are all going to be stronger and our faith will be greater because of what we have endured this past year!
